Please read this notice before using A.M.I.E. It supplements the Beta Terms and Privacy Policy. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Beta service; no guarantee
A.M.I.E. is an evolving private-beta service operated by Konda Consulting LLC. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features, model providers, connected services, response times, availability, and stored context may change, be interrupted, or contain defects. No uptime, outcome, savings, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose is guaranteed.
AI output can be wrong
Artificial-intelligence output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, fabricated, or out of date, even when it sounds confident. A.M.I.E. may misunderstand speech or instructions. Review important output, citations, files, recipients, calculations, and proposed actions before relying on or approving them. Do not use A.M.I.E. as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect a person's rights, health, safety, employment, credit, housing, finances, or legal position.
No professional or emergency service
A.M.I.E. does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, or other licensed professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is created. Consult a qualified professional for those matters. A.M.I.E. is not an emergency service and must not be used to contact emergency responders or manage an imminent threat; contact the appropriate local emergency service instead.
Your authority and responsibility
You are responsible for your account, instructions, content, decisions, and use of output. Submit only material you have the right and authority to use. Obtain any legally required consent before recording or transmitting another person's voice, communications, personal information, confidential material, or intellectual property. Before authorizing an external message, purchase, filing, system change, or other consequential action, verify the target, scope, facts, permissions, and result.
Third-party services
A.M.I.E. may depend on third-party models, hosting, app stores, devices, browsers, and services that are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Konda Consulting LLC does not control and is not responsible for a third party's availability, changes, security, content, or independent acts. A link or integration does not constitute an endorsement.
Privacy and security
Use of A.M.I.E. is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Safeguards reduce risk but no networked system, AI service, authentication method, or data transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Immediately report suspected unauthorized access and revoke affected connected-service grants.
Intellectual property
A.M.I.E., its branding, artwork, software, and service materials are owned by Konda Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You retain rights you already hold in content you submit, while granting the limited permission needed to process it and provide the requested service under the Beta Terms. You are responsible for reviewing generated material before publication and for determining whether you have the rights needed for its intended use.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konda Consulting LLC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, title, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this paragraph may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konda Consulting LLC and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, data, or use, arising from or related to A.M.I.E., third-party services, or reliance on AI output, even if advised that such harm was possible. This notice does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
